After countless tries, I finally beat Red Brass with 250% vision range, 200% hearing range, and no tranq. pistol

Recently I FINALLY 100%'d Ground Zeroes. After playing on PS3 (since 2014) for countless hours, PC and this time PS4. I had it on 90% for a long time. Really this should be Gold not Bronze.
