What is the best way to rehydrate the kit?

Heavily mist it, dunking can sometimes cause issues

My moisture sensor says the air humidity is already 99 procent in that bag, should i spray in there anyway? And if so, should i spray directly on the kit or the sides of the bag

The humidity level may be okay but the amount of water in your sub would be a bit low

Spray the substrate but avoid any pins unless they're aborted and leave the pins on if they aren't aborted but remove any aborts, those will have dark or green caps

Looks like you got some green in there. Better toss, trichoderma is not worth it.

I wish it were that easy to recover

Guys I'll just this kit out, do some research for a while, and try again, :) heard that alot beginners deal with this, not going to let it stop my mycology journey

It’s not just beginners. Everybody, no matter how good gets contamination. Over time, you hopefully get it less.

Sprinkle a very thin layer of substance 1/16 to 1/8 " on top and mist lightly over the next few days til it's hydrated it works quite well second flushes most times just need that extrema boost and not a full soak IME home this helps ya out
