Looks an awful lot like [this Breitling from 1938.](https://www.timeline.watch/watch/1938-breitling-chronograph-tachy-telemeter/)

Well it looks but not totally. Bottom pusher missing on the one in the photo, main numerals in a different font. Could be a previous model, earlier than the one you posted.

Hard to tell, a lot of companies were making single pusher chronographs with slight variations to this exact dial. What stood out to me were the Breguet numerals and the shape of the lugs, perhaps a black dial variant of this Zenith, although the lug shape is slightly different. http://universewarone.com/rare_military_wwi_zenith_chronograph_cal_valjoux_22_gh_trench_watch_enamel_dial.php EDIT: Black dial Eberhard https://www.vintage-portfolio.com/shop/hidden-gems/40mm-black-enamel-dial-breguet-numbers-eberhard-one-pusher-chronograph/?marke%5B%5D=176-Glashütte%20Original

Still almost, the logo of the manufacturer in the dial, on the last one, is bigger and occupies more space in the dial than the one in the photo. But as you said, with a lot of companies using the same dial style, it's hard to confirm.

Yea I knew neither of these watches were it, I couldn’t find an exact watch that’s just as close as I could come.
