[Identify] was given a watch years ago. However, it has been tough finding the same exact or close to it. Any idea of what model? Has seen better days, but I truly miss wearing it.

I can’t find one with the exact dial but if you type Seiko 5 7009 into google you’ll find pictures of a lot of vintage Seikos with very similar styling and color scheme.

I spent about an hour or so yesterday looking. Have a coworker who has been looking as well. Thought possibly asking on here.

KidsGotSand

Are you looking to replace the dial?

70turino351

The entire watch.

I’d try Etsy https://www.etsy.com/listing/643395806/rare-vintage-seiko-5-automatic-7009-17?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=seiko+5&ref=sr_gallery-1-47&frs=1

This is the closest thing I’m aware of, based on the color scheme. Seiko Men's SNZH57 Seiko 5 Automatic Black Dial Stainless Steel Watch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004673QPE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_wzpGDb2B88AC8

Unfortunately that’s not it. :(

The only numbers I can read from the face is 7009. Rest is chipped off.

I’ve found this, probably as close as you’re going to get. https://www.jomashop.com/seiko-seiko-5-watch-snkk17j1.html
