Mirroring not working as it should

Setup reflection cubes around your building and be sure to refresh the video before rendering. I suspect there’s other options, but I’ve found this to be the most effective for me.
You need reflection probes to tell the reflective surfaces what they will reflect and how far to search for reflections.

Without it you will still get reflections, though I think they are only screen space reflections, so only reflects geometry that is currently in view on the screen. The reflection capture tells the surface how far to look into the scene for geometry to display in the reflection, so it can pick up a more accurate depiction of your scene. If you use reflection captures its generally best to disable screen space reflections for the view, otherwise you will get both overlaid on top of eachother
