I like to step backand look at my mind running as if it isn't me at all. It's fascinating to watch it run when you can manage to become emotionaly uninvested in your own thoughts and feelings. Brain makes angry thoughts, brain remembers that time when i was a kid, brain seeks comfort in smoking weed. Brain wants nachos really bad. Silly brain, i had nachos for lunch.
