I’m not sure about your age and health status but if you get the chest pain again you should get a 12-lead ecg to check for ischemic changes/abnormalities. I assume this was taken with an Apple Watch? Lead 1 can’t tell you much apart from atrial fibrillation and rhythm regularity.
Yea took it with a fitbit i found out it was just heartburn luckily i drank a sweet tea to quickly
