That's some plain and fancy shootin' there, partner! Nice work.

amebocytes

Do you sell prints? This photo is mesmerizing

the-hoff-mann

Only friends and family so far… DM me if actually interested

kobuta99

Incredible! I'm so glad there are morning people out there to capture this and share with us who snooze through this.

the-hoff-mann

Haha I am most definitely not a morning person! I forced myself to wake up 5 hours earlier than I normally do just to experience the eclipse. The photo was just the icing on the cake.

koebelin

This is the best picture ever on this sub. A sunrise/sunset picture with genuine interest.

the-hoff-mann

Wow thanks for saying that!

Orange__Crush

Throw it in the BC sub while you’re at it

the-hoff-mann

Interesting idea, I’ll try that

Yes, yesterday, Thursday morning, at sunrise

Damn i wish i hadn’t forgotten about it

Kathie_1976

Very cool!

BrownyGato

I’m so jealous. I was prepped for it and didn’t see a thing. Or I’ve gone blind trying to find it.

the-hoff-mann

Ah did you have the right solar filters/glasses? I used an app to find the position in the sky but then the filters were key to finding it through the (thin) cloud layer.

BrownyGato

That might have been my demise. Used the app to find said perfect location but missed the filters.
