Same here, thought I did something wrong. But I'm not on 15.0.1.

Someone said they fixed that with new sigpatches. Don't know if it's applicable for Yuzu or only the Switch

I installed this game and run without problem on my v1 switch with 13.2.1 FW and 1.3.2 AMS Today. But still i wait for violet leak. Installed this game with DBI MTP responder

I tried 5 different copies and all of them failed on latest ams and sigpatches on fw 14.1.2. Any workarounds yet? Used tinfoil over usb and awoo over usb and it failed. ​ edit: I did a fresh install of everything using a spare micro sd and it worked installing using the tinfoil self installer main application (Not the applet). i got it on 1.14.2 ams 1.4

Tinfoil failed for me too, so did trying to copy via Goldleaf, but Tinwoo worked and the game works

Then that's something to do on your end I'm playing on 14.1.2 currently and fine. Make sure console don't go to sleep when trying to install. Awoo is no good so that won't work anyway way out of date.

Fwiw I installed it just fine with Awoo.

I installed with tinfoil on 14.1.2 using the shop T E K N I K

basically did a fresh install and it worked on the tinfoil self installer (not an applet) and it worked

I installed it yesterday via Awoo and it's working perfectly

Scarlet worked just fine for me on 14.1.2.

Awooo installer was the only one that worked for me.

I am installing the XCI with DBI and everything seems install properly, but it appears on my screen as a black box with no apparent logo etc., and when I click on it it just says 'Software cannot be started'... Any idea?

Missing sigpatches, I too had same problem and solved it with updated sigpatches. I'm on latest firmware.

I never really saw the point in shops. It's much more reliable, and free, to just install the games manually.

Annoying. Violet is the one I want. The sleek, futuristic style speaks to me more than the caveman style

Then buy it, it will get released at some point but it can't be dumped if nobody got a early copy of it and it hasn't fallen into a modders hands

It's.not performance I think, the game seems to have a LOD system which skips every other frame for distance objects people Pokémon etc. It's more "running as intended" but yeah there's occasional hiccups and for sure when you get the ride-on ability it thanks to 20fps. None of that is getting patched out tbh so as it is it's perfectly playable, for a switch at least. Is it optimised? No where near. Is it playable? Definitely

Yeah I think it is playable but seeing how this game attempted to do so much I would love to play it with a smooth experience, of course I am going to play it as it is because there is no other way and my heart craves for Pokémon

You're not wrong, it regularly drops to 20fps, there's quite a bit of object texture clipping and textures disappear sometimes for a second. I'd assume this will get fixed with day one update. Played a bit and with my pre-order locked in at ~28usd I think it should be fine.

The day one update leaked a few hours ago and after installing it still runs terribly. I didn't notice a single difference.

The xci will do it. Then you either use a modded/patched switch or an emulator for PC.

What would you say is the best way to install the XCI file? I have a banned Switch and everytime I try to use Tinfoil it says I can't connect to the servers. 😭

Either DBI or Awoo will be your friends there. I used Awoo cause DBI wasn't working for me for some reason

Needed 15.0 keys and a console reboot but yeah works on 14.1.2 (as mentioned in multiple existing threads)

Moved XCI to root of sd card loaded Tinfoil to install.

outside of online only releases, you rarely ever need to be close to the most recent FW. most games are signed with older keys so if you pirate, you can just patch the requirement down. ​ that said, updates are gonna raise that bar sooner or later
