As someone who grew up with the prequels and was a teen during most of the sequels, it’s very interesting to hear what kind of fan theories existed before those movies
Great story! I’m close to your age and remember playing the same way with my friends, imagining what the clone wars were, coming up with backstories. I had my own head cannon for Darth Vader’s fall to the dark side. I still think mine is better, haha
I know you probably don't want to hear this, but there are many kids whose first Star Wars film was The Force Awakens. They will love the sequels like the kids of the early 00's loved the prequels.

That kid, is me.
I watched my first Star Wars movie in 2019, I've always disliked the Sequels and I didn't know other people agreed with me until I got more engaged with the Star Wars community online, I thought hating any part of the franchise was an unpopular opinion, I was very wrong
And they should. My experiences with Star Wars was very visceral as we had nothing like it at the time. Summer blockbusters and cinematic universes didn't exist.
I am not a fan of the Sequel trilogy. Time has lessened my hatred of it and I've come to like some of the things they did. I had an interesting conversation with my now 20 year old son about the Force as "space magic" in which I realized I had been blinded by the Jedi's dogma. It was an odd realization.
So even an old gognard like me can learn to appreciate new things. Will the Sequels ever hold the same magic as the Originals? Probably not but if even one person get the same joy I experienced all those many long years ago then it was all worth it.
You're a great storyteller. Enjoyed this immensely!
Thank you.
thats awesome could only imagine the feeling when in attack of clones jengo was revealed to be the model for all clone troopers
That was the realization of a long held dream. Not quite what we imagined but close.
still the thought process was uncanny
These kinds of stories are always interesting to read as someone who is younger than revenge of the Sith
Love it
Awesome story. Thanks for sharing it.

Amazing story. Bless you, friend.
And then people wonder why the sequels get an overwhelming amount of hate
