Metal ammo cans. Strong, seal well, stackable, and have handles for easy carrying.

Stick it in a tampon box and place it under the bathroom cabinet.

Door Stop !!

chickenfat_yogurt

My grandmother wrapped hers in fabric and used as doorstop to laundry room.

RedFishStew

Keep it somewhere secret, rub your junk on it from time to time, it’s anti bacterial.

Cruiser5139

Wouldn’t junk silver also be antibacterial?😏

Ready-Adhesiveness40

There's an amazon vendor called OnFireGuy, who has capsules for the RCM 10 ounce. It's worth asking him if he has anything for the big bars. Big Silver bars look great when they age. It's a win-win. That's a smart pickup, as the RCM bars are highly desired.

HelpfulParker19

Appreciate the time and info man, will definitely check him out and let you know! Thanks

tmd429

There's nothing in his store for a bar that big

Cruiser5139

Put in a bag with some boiled eggs, the crush them and leave it till it’s black. Then put in fireplace and pretend it’s a burned log. Polish it up again to sell. You are welcome.

ksmith11011

Leave it on your dresser where you can see it every day. Makes you feel like a baller.

Hofbrau-haus

Go big or go home I guess!

yottametre

You spent >2000 USD on your first piece of silver?

GSTionneB

It’s his first piece of silver since the boating accident, most likely.

Waves_127

Genuine question... Whats the whole joke on this subreddit with the boating accident? I see it mentioned in this subreddit quite often but I can never seem to get the back story or the meaning.

New-Nefariousness621

in case the boogie man comes looking for it. your on record of losing it. I lost all my guns that way a cpl years ago

HelpfulParker19

Yeah

Admirable_Amount6942

Always go for something bigger than what you think you will need, and hidden/discreet. If you go for a safe bolt it to the foundation.

Rational_Philosophy

Pelican makes AWESOME cases.

elpistolero298

I just got a knock off one from harbor freight for like 37 bucks. On line they say it’s a good substitute. Apache 3800

Long_Operation_8525

Untill you get more, just put it under your pillow and sleep well.

Zolimox

Get a vacuum sealer, they are cheap. You can freeze meat forever with a chest freezer with it (and other food, protip for any soups/stews freeze in normal freezer with the bag open overnight and then vaccum seal). And oh, it removes all oxygen from a bar of silver or whatever =P Youtube it. Not rocket science.

wjruth

Plastic ammo can at Harbor Freight for $4. It has a seal, can be locked and has a handle so it can be moved. At least until you get more.

punchy-peaches

At the foot of your bed. Or under your pillow.

New_pollution1086

Treasure chest. Or maybe a plastic bag and a safe.

Logical_Passenger_70

A cool dry place.
