I want to see a Doombot that thinks it's Doctor Doom go through the detector.

ParadoxPerson02

Then the machine would melt you from the inside out, now please confirm you’re not a robot

MasterTolkien

Do many people NOT know they’re robots?

lobinho77

Vision confirmed not in the TVA.

Marcussong99

Or at least, not any more

virtualchoirboy

This scene has me wondering how Nebula would fair. Not totally a robot, but most definitely more than a few "enhancements". Would she pass through unscathed? Would her enhanced parts be removed? Would they be melted possibly killing her? Would they simply send her through another entrance that didn't have this scanner? And of course, the most important question... when will I stop overthinking things like this? :-)

jacketpotatoo

Same with Vision being a synthezoid. He’s got emotions, he’s got thoughts, he’s autonomous. Is he considered a robot?

virtualchoirboy

While he may have a "soul" so to speak, he's still a 100% artificial construct. I'm looking more towards those that are part flesh, part machine - your stereotypical cyborg as it were.

MageVicky

that's a good point, because, unlike Vision, she started off completely human and Thanos replaced her parts with mechanical parts every time she lost a fight to Gamora; so did she, at some point, stop being human? interesting question, and the answer is, the writers would invent whatever they want as long as it fits in with whatever story they want to tell.

ssgolden

I can’t look at it without thinking of John Mulaney.

rayquaza25

Prove! Prove! Prove! Prove to me you’re not a robot!

ssgolden

Look at these curvy letters!! No robot could ever read these.

rayquaza25

You look, mortal (if ye be) You look! And then you type what you think you see!

ssgolden

Is it an E? Or is it a three?! That’s up to ye!
