There are loads of similar ones about - try an Etsy search for "mixed purple pearl memory bracelet" or any combination of those terms. But to be honest, if you've just broken the inner cord (elastic is it?) and you still have all the beads then you could totally just have it repaired (or maybe even do it yourself with a bit of time & patience). It's not rocket science, just careful threading & some knots. Getting a jeweller to do it would probably be an expensive solution, but if you know anyone locally who does 'craft jewellery' type stuff they'd probably have no problem sorting it.
