I love how this is all pre- traffic laws and the roads are just complete chaos.

ScooterMcThumbkin

Before all the tyrannical government overreach /s

SangheiliSith

It’s incredible how smooth all these people operate with no traffic lanes. My anxiety would be through the roof if I had to navigate through that.

jayfreeman90

Damn, that is interesting

wander1912

I was expecting a few uninterested fatalities

Full-Mulberry5018

Oh, for a minute there I thought that this was here and now in New Jersey during rush hour!

RedFishStew

Very cosmopolitan

2istheonlyevenprime

Footage is sped up to make it more dramatic.

krayhayft

Someone needs to put Yakety Sax on this.

Mr-Dan88

This is so fascinating to see

Bob1sgod666

I love how there’s no one rule to driving back then, just cross when you can.

MarFlav

Shouldn’t this be in r/idiotsincars? Awesome dashcam footage!

Anal_Inspector69

* in colors, thx for stealing and posting YouTube videos.

ryjdan

What is wrong with that? I want to see it.

RuthRuthRuthBabyRuth

Is there a sub for more stuff similar to this?

JHOH21

With horses they had a reason for all the shit in the streets.

Papi_Quesito

And SF is still CAs armpit

schneemann27

No traffic rules. Wow. Exact like Turkey 🇹🇷 today.

MikeRizzo007

This looks like current day pictures from India, they have people hanging all over their trains and no safety at all. Not much has changed depending on where you are.

sctt_dot

Because fuck lanes of traffic

CuppaSouchong

Even without modern sewage infrastructure I would bet it smelled better then than today's San Francisco. Before COVID-19 I had to make a short visit there and some areas smelled like an open sewer.

DLCS2020

No women.

LSama

[This](https://allthingscomedy.com/podcasts/193---when-the-cars-came) episode of The Dollop discusses what life was like when cars came along. I highly recommend it.

Dairdi

Hmm looks like my daily commute, not much has changed huh?
