Any stimulant that you try to replace caffine with is probably going to be worse than caffine. If you are trying to quit for health reasons I reccomend just trying to stop cold turkey.
Telling from the comments-you're quite right
If you're a physical caffeine addict, quitting cold turkey might be a really bad idea. Do it gradually or don't do it at all.
Agreed. Those headaches are going to be awful.
And the damn hand shaking.
Water and quitting sugar.
Def caff drinks. In the colder months I need a warm drink first thing. But as far as stimulants go, anything you try to replace caffeine w is gonna be hard. Maybe vitamins?
I drank multiple cups of coffee for over 40 years and I always told myself, 'I have to have coffee.' But one day a few years ago, I decided to see if that was actually true. I stopped drinking it cold turkey.
I didn't even notice the difference. Keep in mind, I didn't approach this as 'I know I won't be able to function without it!' I was genuinely curious and also skeptical that this self-claim was true.
Humans work perfectly with just water. You don't need anything special to be able to wake up and function. If you did, other animals would be screwed since they can't operate coffee machines.
If you wake up and simply get engaged with what's going on around you or your job, you're going to be fine without coffee.
The B vitamins you get from eating berries is a good natural pick me up.
Tea has caffine, unless it is herbal tea.
Try green tea
I mean, I like green tea, but it also has caffine.
Cardio to build stamina and eating healthier. Eating salads isn't always the kind of healthy you need, you need calories so don't be afraid to eat more.
Jab yourself with an EpiPen
Cocaine, Adderal, Ritalin, Meth (probably).
