Gorgeous

neworecneps

Thanks for that!

Cptsparrowcl

Absolutely beautiful model. I have just built one, how do you find them on the battlefield?

neworecneps

I played 2 games so far with it Vs Imperial Knights. It was the first thing to die in both games... New model syndrome. My normal list is fairly tanky with 2 Telemons and lots of 3++ saves so the 3+ / 5++ on this feels a lot more vulnerable than our usual vehicles but I'm far from an expert. In future I'll certainly be using this to hold back field objectives and try to keep it a bit more protected while trying to use the insane range it has for fire power.

roxas0711

I find that telemon is better against knights but against large groups like necrons, tyranids, and even marines it does well! Oh and the filthy eldar too.

neworecneps

Yeah, it's not had it's best outing yet for sure, looking forward to smashing some firepower out at some T6 or T3 2 wound things and wiping them away!!!

Sevv2102

Put it near some sword & board guards and a Vexillia for -1 to hit. Bonus if Trajaan is nearby!

neworecneps

My Vexilla was escorting a Telmon up field unfortunately!

Sevv2102

Nothing wrong with that! Vexillia+Trajaan nearby make some units unstoppable

ollieholt1

Looks great!

neworecneps

Thank you!

Xavier200708

Beautiful banana tank

neworecneps

Haha, thanks.

Thunderchild00

Fantastic model! How'd you find the fitment/casting at the rear of the hull by the way?

neworecneps

Really poor, there are a few things about it that are sub par in fairness. Fixed it up with some green stuff though but pretty poor from FW.

Thunderchild00

Yeah the hull is really poor at the back, I got one and complained to forgeworld, they sent me a second one, which seems even worse 🤬, so I'll be breaking out the milliput I think! Seems like I'm not the only one now. Still, you've done a really good job, yours looks really great 👍

neworecneps

Same here, have a spare, equally poor one sitting in a box. Thanks for the complement, have fun painting yours once you get round to it!
